  • A standout particular compound is Allilcin. It has many wonderful antimicorobial effects.  It works against many viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites.  In order to maximise the levels of Allilcin the garlic clove must be either crushed or cut.  This then activates the enzyme allinase, which metabolizes alliin to allicin, and allicin has the wonderful benefits we are chasing. Honey and GarlicGarlic is one of the oldest cultivated plants on earth. In the ancient Egypt, garlic was considered a symbol of the universe.  In the middle ages, it was used in the fight against evil spirits and vampires.

It contains these magical properties because sulphur vapours emanate from garlic which kills bacteria and viruses, disinfect air and body.

Garlic contains about 200 active substances among which vitamins, minerals amino acids and enzymes healthy and bio-active compounds that contain sulphuric therapeutic action. It also has anti-biotic and anti-fungal effects with special effects for health. This substance occurs when the cloves are cut or crushed, so it is recommend that garlic be eaten raw and unprocessed.

The sulphide contained in garlic cloves is many times stronger than anti-biotics.

This natural remedy does not work as fast as medicines, but has power over almost all body organs, managing to eliminate a lot of diseases and ailments. Each year over 15 days we consume over 15-20 cloves of garlic daily.  This can cure many ailments in the body. It can help with anti-aging because it destroys the deposits of euric acid in the body and blood stream lines.

Garlic also protects against cardio vascular disease and against cancer of the inteston and has a curative effect on many other cancers, fight against diabeties and increase the proportion of cholesterol in the blood. Strengthens the immune system and is a powerful tonic and stimulant.

Garlic calms nervousness headaches and migranes, rheumatism. Struggling with cough and lung disorders.  Among other benefits, garlic combats multiple scerlousis, corns, worms and thickens skin.  It can cure vaginal infections it is effective against constipation, diaherria, flatulence and protects the liver and helps to burn toxins.  It is an excellent natural antidote for bites of snake, rat, rabid animal, viper bites, or other venomous animals. Such as scorpion, insect bites against ingestion of toxic plants and the consumption of very old or damaged food.

Garlic contains allicin which helps decrease apetite and helps the natural loss of weight.

But if we combine garlic with natural honey, it’s effects are enhanced.  Garlic combined with honey is considered an old rememdy.  Known for it’s spectactular effects that it has on the body. These two components, raw, each complete each other accellarating their healing qualities.

Honey And Garlic JarA mixture of honey and garlic has a protective effect on the heart, lowers bad cholesterol and blood pressure.  It is useful to persons who are undergoing chemotherapy helping to detoxify the body.  It has anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties.

It strengthens the immune system and helps protect you from colds. It relieves pain caused by osteoarthritis and has an anti-cancer effect.

There are basically two ways to mix garlic with honey.

One of these methods is to infuse 10-20 cloves of garlic with one glass of honey, leaving the mixuture in the refrigerator for several days.

Then we eat for 7 days, every morning, a spoonful of this mixture on an empty stomach.

Honey And Garlic CrushedThe second way is to crush a clove of garlic and then leave it at room temperature for 5 minutes. Because this will activate the enzymes that will convert it into a superfood and then mix it with a little honey and swallow without chewing.  You can drink a glass of water with this mixture, because that’s easier to swallow.

Also, this mixture we will be administrating in the morning, on an empty stomach for seven (7) days.  If you are wondering why the morning and why on an empty stomach and why for seven days?  Here is the answer.

Allicin from garlic is easily absorbed when eaten on an empty stomach. So the morning is the best time to consume this mixture. And we think that these treatments are recommended for at least 7 days. Everything has logic.

Honey And Garlic Crushed On A SpoonDon’t forget that the consumption of garlic is contra-indicated for people diagnosed with bleeding disorders, digestive disorders, stomach, those undergoing treatment for AIDS and those who will be undergoing surgery in the next 10-14 days.

Honey Lemon Water

Helps boost your energy

  • Improves your mood
  • Improves the function of the colon (we don’t want the build up of toxins in our body).

You will need:

  • Pitcher (jug) ($7.99 from Target, America)
  • Raw Honey (3/4 cup)
  • 1 whole lemon (sliced)
  • 30 oz hot water
  • Measuring cup
  • Spoon to stir/ mix up the ingredients

In the Pitcher (jug) mix all the ingredients together.

Honey first, then the lemon, then the 30 oz of hot water.  The water needs to be hot to dissolve the honey.  Use a spoon to mix all the ingredients together and make sure that the honey has fully melted.  You can then add extra cold water to dilute the mixture to your personal tastes.

To drink cold

  • Let it cool down for 30-40 minutes
  • Add ice for a refreshing cold drink and serve.

Today we are going to make a DIY Honey and coconut oil hair mask.

Not only is deep conditioning treatment super simple to make, but it is a receipe sent from heaven because it makes your hair look so soft and smooth and amazing.  And you probably already have a lot of the ingredients sitting around your house.

Make sure you give the video a big “thumbs up” if you like it, and lets get into it.

So the first thing you will need for this honey, coconut hair mask, is

  • Organic, unrefined coconut oil,
  • some Organic Raw honey and
  • if you would like to add a little bit of extra shine, you can use Argan oil from Morocco.
  • Then you need some measuring spoons so we can measure the ingredients.
  • Lastly you will need a zip lock, plastic bag.

So the first thing we would want to do is to add one tablespoon coconut oil to our zip lock bag.

Coconut oil is super mosituring and really replenishes your hair. And ontop of all that, it smells amazing so that you feel like you are on a Hawaiian beach, just soaking up the sun, in paradise.

Next you need to add one tablespoon of honey into your mixture and put that into your zip lock bag.  Honey is full of anti-oxidants and nutrients that actually encourage hair growth, which is awesome if you are trying to grow your hair out long.

And lastly, you can add a few drops of Argan oil, which gives your hair more shine and even treats split ends and helps tame your frizzy hair.

Then just seal your zip lock bag and start mixing all the ingredients.  The heat from your hands will actually start melting the coconut oil so it becomes a liquid state and finally we apply it to your hair.

You can apply the mask by combing it through your hair.  With your fingers and just massage it all in.  As you can see I have mainly focussed on the end of my hair, because that is the area where my hair is the most damaged and dry.

And then you can tie your hair up in a big bun and let the mask absorb for 30 minutes.

While you are waiting you can either treat yourself and paint your nails, or you can read a book, because you are a “boss” like that or you can sing into your brush microphone and be Beyonce for a little bit.

After 30 minutes, you can shampoo and condition your hair, just as you normally would when you shower. And Whola!! Your hair will be silky smooth.

I love this hair mask because it’s 100% natural and it’s using comfortable products that you might already have in your kitchen already.  You can use this mask upto twice per week to keep your hair shinny and soft.
