There are basically two ways to mix garlic with honey.
One of these methods is to infuse 10-20 cloves of garlic with one glass of honey, leaving the mixuture in the refrigerator for several days.
Then we eat for 7 days, every morning, a spoonful of this mixture on an empty stomach.
The second way is to crush a clove of garlic and then leave it at room temperature for 5 minutes. Because this will activate the enzymes that will convert it into a superfood and then mix it with a little honey and swallow without chewing. You can drink a glass of water with this mixture, because that’s easier to swallow.
Also, this mixture we will be administrating in the morning, on an empty stomach for seven (7) days. If you are wondering why the morning and why on an empty stomach and why for seven days? Here is the answer.
Allicin from garlic is easily absorbed when eaten on an empty stomach. So the morning is the best time to consume this mixture. And we think that these treatments are recommended for at least 7 days. Everything has logic.
Don’t forget that the consumption of garlic is contra-indicated for people diagnosed with bleeding disorders, digestive disorders, stomach, those undergoing treatment for AIDS and those who will be undergoing surgery in the next 10-14 days.
